who we are looking for
We're looking for a Creative ML Engineer to join our team and help build our motion graphics vid2vid pipeline and tools. The ideal candidate has experience fine-tuning and creating diffusion workflows using ComfyUI or Diffusers.
You will lead the execution of fine-tuning diffusion models and creating LoRA / ControlNet training pipelines. Working closely with our team's technical artists and motion designers, you'll refine and enhance quality across both image and video generation workflows.
requirements
- Experience with diffusion models and workflows, particularly using tools like Diffusers or ComfyUI
- Strong background in fine-tuning diffusion models for specific tasks, focusing on motion graphics and video-to-video (vid2vid) applications
- Familiarity with building and integrating Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA) and ControlNet training pipelines to effectively enhance and control model outputs
- Ability to work with both image and video models, using upsampling or inversion techniques to improve temporal consistency
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like PyTorch, especially for fine-tuning, model deployment, and ComfyUI custom node scripting
- Understanding of video synthesis, manipulation, and generation workflows, including experience with motion modules and vid2vid pipelines
- Knowledge of 3D Computer Graphics (Shaders/GLSL, Raytracing, etc.)
- Enthusiasm for the fast-paced, high-impact nature of startup environments, with a commitment to technical excellence and innovation
- Passion for creative workflows, familiarity with animation and motion design principles, and a desire to build tools for the creative tech ecosystem
